We are an overall pediatric resource for Kansas families with children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions. When a child is chronically ill, the whole family feels the pain, particularly the parents. Regardless of the disease, the stress suffered by families is remarkably similar. Mothers and fathers often experience about guilt, anger and sheer exhaustion. Brothers and sisters can feel neglected. Having a support system of like minded Heroes and families is a priceless resource for the everyone involved! Join our team today, because teamwork makes the DREAM work.

WLH's is a non-profit organization for children (Heroes) ages 0-18 in Kansas with one or more life threatening medical conditions! We are so excited that you have found Wichita's Littlest Heroes and look forward to meeting your Hero family. We love to hear about what makes your family unique, about your medical journey, and how WLH can make life a little easier for all of you.

Wichita's Littlest Heroes seeks to provide Hope, Help, and Happiness to all Kansas kids/families fighting big medical battles!

Our requirements for an illness to meet "life threatening status" means without proper medical care and parent support this illness could result in death.  Every application is fully reviewed and a member of our organization will contact you within several weeks with the information you provide. Thank you!
